Community loan for Camp Community Council Limited

Camp Community and Camp Community Council has worked tirelessly since 1983, developing facilities and services for the village. Since 1983 the community has benefited from a Community Hall, Playground, Childcare Centre, Community Sports Field and the old school is used to provide additional community facilities and services to the elderly.

In 2014, Camp Community Council developed an AstroTurf pitch available to all the community and the surrounding areas. The AstroTurf project was completed in two phases.

Grant funding was received from North and East Kerry Development and under the Sports Capital Programme for the different phases of the work. Clann Credo provided the necessary finance to cash flow the work and provided some term loan finance as part of the matching finance for the project.
